I'm still here

I will admit I haven't been as busy as I should have been but after a few hiccups at home at with some knitting here's what I have on the go at the minute. Bryony, your order will be out the door on Monday, can't find the Bloomers for the minute so they will have to go up later but I will do better at keeping you informed :)

Sorry the hat pic isn't better, they're a bit hard to photograph as it turns out and knitting on DPN's is officially underrated but takes aaagggggggeeeeesssssss lol.

Get ready... here we go again

So I had the weekend off due to a few wooly dramas, so after a bit a re-jigging I have got a couple of hats, a pair of bloomers and some longies to come this week, keep your eyes peeled, I should have an update in the next few days :D
On a plus side, I have a new set of circs and some lovely new needles on the way so I will be working on a few things at a time I think, also considering making a few things just to stock for fun and see how they sell..... maybe!

Just have to inish the I-cord then got the skirtie to do (which I'm really excited about knitting btw)

Our first progress update

Well this is what we have got of Bryony's soaker so far


it's not much but I only managed a couple of hours last night and about 10 minutes this morning due to a grumpy baby so fingers crossed I can get a good go at it later and be finished some time tomorrow. Hope you like it Bryony :D

It's oddly relaxing

My evening, after putting Austin to bed, will be spent balling wool in preparation for knitting up Bryony's soaker (and skirtie) tomorrow. It is something that I have come to find quite relaxing, well until you get down to the last 2 or 3 meters, then for some reason all the wool jumps up ties itself in a big knot and jumps back into your lap and laughs because you have to spend the next 20minutes untangeling it all... grrrrrr.

Tomorrow we start

Well, tonight I have completed my first two weeks of college work! That means i am free to make a start on your knitting tomorrow! I am out during the day though so be patient, once I get some free time, I will be casting on and taking a picture so that you can see how it goes. Oooo my favorite part of balling wool coming soon ;P

Your wool is here and I'm going to be casting on the first soaker on friday so keep a look out for progress pics. I should also be able to start providing an all inclusive service soon so you won't have to provide the wool :D might even show off my current project if I can find the camera lol.

Well so far I think it's all going better than I could hope, I'm just waiting on my first wool parcel and then it will be all systems go my first assist knit will be started at some point this week so keep your eyes peeled folks I'm on my way.
